URGENT GROUP CEO NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS: NEW AGF SHARE CERTIFICATE!

Dear Goldfunders
It has come to our attention that their may be persons that are converting PDF AGF Share Certificates to editable digital format to sell such edited share certificates.
As to counter this we have as of today (Friday, 24 January 2025) changed the legal and official format as well as the design.
Existing shareholders will receive their new replacement share certificates on or before 15 February 2025.
We will also only issue PNG or JPG format share certificates as proof of ownership that correlates with the share register of Africa Gold Fund Holdings Limited.
Existing share certificates are therefor not tradable and must be replaced with the New AGF Share Certificate.
